Please can I get my name changed

Question

Hello I was about to take my MD 102 exam with Pearsons Vue but for some reason it has duplicated my name 3 times hence I couldn't take my exam. I have tried changing my name in Settings but it hasn't worked. I am wondering please can it get changed so I can take my test.
