Community support vs Developer support subscription

I am subscribed to Azure developer support and have gotten some excellent responses. But I accidentally closed my browser view of that activity and can't find my way back to it. If I go to https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/overview it confirms I am subscribed with a green checkmark for Developer, but asking it to show my recent support requests it presents an empty list and says there are "no recent support requests," which is wrong because I received a response already today to one request. I'm confused.

On February 12th, there was a change to the Azure Developer Support plan benefits. The plan now includes the ability to ask questions on Q&A and receive prioritized answers by a Microsoft representative. Could you please share more details of the issue for the further investigation.

Now I want to review a previous response to get clarity, and to see any response to a followup to the last request this morning, and it shows No Recent Support Requests.
I then try to submit a new support request to get help on the missing previous support request history and it sends me in circles with mandatory tags and choices that do not apply to problems with the ticket reporting system itself.

2025-05-09T02:26:14.67+00:00 I have no emails from Microsoft relative to a problem viewing support requests or the unseccussful attempt to create a support request complaining about the inability to see pending support requests. The support request process just sends me in circles.
However I have moved on, and will stop following this thread. I expect I will reach out to microsoft billing and cancel the $29 monthly developer support subscription until I am ready to do more relevant developemtn that I need help with.
