I’ve been hacked

I was called yesterday by someone pretending to offer me a mobile phone contract upgrade. They already had my number and they had me confirm my name and email address. They then sent me a code to my phone which they asked me to read out. I noticed the text was from Microsoft so thought it was a verification code. I now believe that they used Microsoft Authenticator to hack my email and they were then able to get into my email address/mobile phone account/paypal etc etc. I think I have sorted out my mobile phone account and have frozen my bank card and PayPal account for now. I have changed all the passwords that I can think of but wondered if I can do anything about Microsoft Authenticator as I believe that’s what they used.

any advice please?
