How can I migrate Zoho mail accounts to Microsoft 365 without having to reset or know the users passwords?

I created an organization in MS365 and created all of my users and assigned licenses. I need to migrate all of the users mailboxes, calendars, and contacts from Zoho mail but do not want to ask for their passwords or reset their passwords. How can this be done?

Do you mean you want to reset password for O365 user accounts?

If so, you can check this article to reset password from admin center or using Powershell. You also can use PowerShell to force the user to change the password after the next sign in:
