Urgent Request for Resolution – Cases 2504290040001994 and 2505010040001820

I am writing again because this situation has become critical, and I have yet to receive any solution, despite having opened cases 2504290040001994 and 2505010040001820, and contacting your support team multiple times by phone/email.
My name is Esteban Campos, founder and administrator of ******@handsuplesco.org. I recently changed phones and lost access to the authenticator app. I currently have limited access to the email on one computer, but I no longer have access to the administrator account or the three admin-related email accounts on the administrative platform.
I cannot sign in from any other device, and every login attempt requires a code from the authenticator app, which I can no longer generate. This is an urgent issue that is directly affecting our organization’s operations.
I have exhausted every support channel (calls, tickets, live chat), and the lack of response has been unacceptable. I need two-factor authentication to be disabled or an immediate solution to fully recover access.
I demand urgent assistance.
