Can not log in to the Azure Portal because of an incomplete MFA setup

Recently, i can not log in to my Azure tenant, due to the incomplete MFA setup, please help me with this.

    Based on your query, it appears you're currently unable to access the Azure portal.

    Please follow the steps below to reset the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your account:

    1. Ask a Global Administrator to log in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com.
    2. Navigate to Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
    3. Click on Users and select the affected user account.
    4. In the left-hand menu, select Authentication methods.
    5. Click on Require re-register MFA.

    Note: If you are the only administrator in your tenant and cannot complete these steps, please let us know so we can assist you accordingly.
