Based on your query, it appears you're currently unable to access the Azure portal.
Please follow the steps below to reset the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your account:
- Ask a Global Administrator to log in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com.
- Navigate to Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
- Click on Users and select the affected user account.
- In the left-hand menu, select Authentication methods.
- Click on Require re-register MFA.
Note: If you are the only administrator in your tenant and cannot complete these steps, please let us know so we can assist you accordingly.
