after activated with evaluation version, I change to data center version

but it said my product key is blocked. can not activate

slui.exe 4, I use phone to activate but it said third set of numbers are not correct.

since it is at night in hong kong, no one server this. it require online support

I am using Canada - US NordVPN, but after tried hong kong time zone and London time zone.
