I no longer have the mobile number for my 2FA so how can I log into my Microsoft account?

I've had a 365 account for over 10 years but I've moved country and no longer have the mobile phone number used for 2 Factor Authentication of the account.

My Credit Card needs updating to pay my subscription but cannot log into my Microsoft Account to update the details.

How can I access the account without the 2FA mobile number?

Have tried different methods but always seem to end back at the 2FA page.

Have tried calling Support but only get an AI bot.

What can else can I try?

Any help would be much appreciated.
