On April 29, 2025 my Health Reports started reporting the following:
"The dynamic DNS information cannot be updated
Alert details: The DNS information for the server cannot be updated because the domain name provider cannot be contacted. You must contact your domain name provider."
I'm in Toronto, Canada in case that helps. When I ping mysubdomain.remotewebaccess.com it comes back with an old IP address. The Anywhere Access Repair fails with this message:
as does Configure and Set up.
When I ping remotewebaccess.com it returns the address 51.140.210.104 which www.ripe.net/whois tells me belongs to Microsoft UK.
Please help!
