due to technical error the proctor said to restart how should i reschedule my exam

Hi Team,

I bought an Azure AI-900 voucher for completing the certification and rescheduled for 5 May, 2025.

I had scheduled my exam on may 5, 2025, at 7:00PM and checked in for the test by 6:30. Due to technical error, the proctor asked to restart the system , after that Pearson Vue didn't allow me to proceed with the exam and asked me to reschedule the exam.

So, I request the Microsoft team to provide me with a fresh Voucher Code so that I can complete my exam.

There was no mistake from my end, I had scheduled the exam before the Voucher expiry date but due to technical error, the exam was cancelled by Pearson Vue and the resolution came after the voucher was already expired. As I am a student, again I can't buy the voucher. i need to complete the certification ASAP please give me access to launch the exam.

Please help me in this.
