Can I Transfer My AZ-900 Certification to a New Microsoft Account?

Hi,

I passed the AZ-900 exam a while ago but have lost access to the Microsoft account that was used at the time. I now use a new Microsoft account where I’ve earned other certifications.

I still have the PDF with the score report and certification details.

Is it possible to transfer or recover the AZ-900 certification and link it to my new account? If yes, what are the steps to do that?
