Locked out of accounts

Question

I replaced my phone 10 with a 12, my authentication on my 10 had at least 12 figment accounts to it. I have never had an issue or i simply didn't know what i didn't know.

my 12 did not pick up all my old accounts. So i am gate kept and/or locked out of accounts. A few of them are very important accounts that I need in my daily life.

issue: Authenticator was not transferred or data wa snot properly saved before I wiped my iPhone back to factory settings. Now i am stuck.

please advise.
