Subject Rights Requests - Download of Reports (files) not possible

I want to generate a report from Subject Rights Requests, but when trying to download the files I get this error:

How can I get the data?

    Possible causes:

    2. The package was deleted or not fully created – sometimes due to backend processing failures or policy changes.
    3. The package was moved or renamed internally, and the portal link cannot locate it.

    Suggestion for next steps:

    1. Try regenerating the report:
      • Go to Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal → Subject Rights Requests.
      • Re-open the request and look for an option to regenerate or reprocess the report.
    2. Check the request status:
      • Make sure the request status is “Complete” before attempting a download.

    The download worked this morning after I opened a case yesterday.
