We have moved all users from old tenant to new tenant
all other users OK except this one
User can log onto managed device - OK
User can access emails - OK
User can access SharePoint - OK
but when another user tries to share their calendar with them - there is no option to "edit" - only "can view all details"
the user is detected as an "external user" when they are not
ie user type = member
