I'm trying to enable Cloud Backup on my Samsung s24 Ultra MS Authenticator App. When I try to enable this, it's asks me for the code sent to my email. I do not get a code, I have tried several times. There are no other options of authentication like SMS. Can you help please? Thanks

Reema Jones 10 Reputation points2025-05-06T14:50:54.32+00:00 I have exactly the same issue. I keep checking I entered the email address correctly. I look in my spam and secondary folders etc. Nothing there. Also impossible to get through to Microsoft. This is infuriating.
