The recommended method is to contact an Administrator from your organization to restore your account. As you already mentioned that you are the Administrator, or cannot contact the Administrator at this time, you can try the following steps to self recover your account:
- Navigate to the Microsoft Sign-In Helper and click the button that says 'Sign-In Helper'
- Follow the on-screen instructions to recover your account
- If you are unable to self-recover your account, you will be prompted to contact an Agent
- Depending on the level of the compromise, you may still be able to get into your account using your existing recovery methods by clicking here.
