Module Assessment Softlock

Question

I can't finish my certification because the module assessment generates

"no AI generated questions found for this module assessment in locale en-gb, branch undefined."

and there is no button to finish the assessment, making my submission incomplete. Below are the links to the module assessments, which are not working:
