AD to Entra ID Sync fails with no error message

Hi Guys,

Am trying to configure the Azure AD to Entra ID Sync and it fails with no error message. This is the first time configuration am doing for my environment. Please note, the Microsoft entra ID to AD Sync works fine. How can I get this bi-directional configuration done?

The ADConnect agent is installed on my ADFS server and the user synchronization is working fine. It is just that I want to complete the Azure AD to Entra ID Sync configuration.

Please help.

    Hi @Imtiaz

    Entra connect sync tool is used to sync the on-premises Active directory to Entra ID, by default, Microsoft Entra Connect supports one-way sync from on-premises AD to Entra ID. The reverse (Entra ID to AD) is not fully supported for all object types. Only password writeback, group writeback, and device writeback are supported in the reverse direction.
    If You're Trying to Sync Entra ID Users to AD which is not supported scenario.
