RDCMan seamless resizing feature bug when dragged across displays

RDCMan 3.1 introduced a new seamless resizing feature that uses RDP 8.1 dynamic resizing instead of doing a full reconnection. I tried it, and noticed an easy to reproduce bug: if you drag RDCMan across displays and then maximize it, it won't automatically resize. If I drag one of the edges to resize the RDCMan window without maximizing it, it will start automatically resizing the remote desktop window again, including for the case where RDCMan is maximized. I made a video here: https://bsky.app/profile/awakecoding.com/post/3lojqypokcc2d

The RDCMan FAQ should also be updated, because it still says dynamic resizing without a full reconnection is not supported: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/rdcman#faq

    Excellent find, thank you!

Will fix both points for the next release.
