Hi,
I have Microsoft Edge on both Mac and PC, and have the same problem everywhere, workspaces have stopped syncing. I have tried deleting the user, re-adding it, and syncing. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Everything else is syncing, but workspaces just stopped. Below is my log from edge://workspaces-internals, Please help, as I use Workspaces every day.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue described in this thread. My Edge Workspaces are no longer syncing and always display the message "Reconnecting Workspaces".
The tabs and workspace names are still visible, but they do not sync across devices, and I'm unable to create or sync new workspaces either.

I’ve already tried the following:
Deleted and recreated Edge profiles.
Cleared all local Edge data.
Disabled and re-enabled sync.
Default profile folder to restore tabs (only partially worked).I believe my account is stuck trying to restore a broken session that no longer exists in the backend. Is there any way Microsoft can clear this broken workspace reference from the cloud?

I am facing the same problem of forever "Reconnecting Workspaces", and got the same error from edge://workspaces-internals/
ODSP socket error (connect_document_error): Session not found. The session \"1!1!2/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx\" was not found..
I also think it is stuck on that particular account. I added a second account I have on the same computers, and workspaces, works.

I have my account on 4 different PCs and all are out of sync at this point
Jason's comment confirms what I’ve been suspecting for a while — the issue is tied to the Microsoft account itself. I’ve tested everything on multiple machines, and even copying the Default profile folder recovers the local workspace data, but synchronization remains broken.
I’ve also tried using the “Reset sync data from Microsoft servers” option, but that didn’t help either.
At this point, it’s clear that the workspace synchronization backend has a broken or orphaned session tied to my account. We really need someone from Microsoft to step in and clear or reset this session on the server side, as it's currently blocking all workspace sync functionality for this account.
My entire personal and work routine is organized through these workspaces. This is causing a huge headache for me.

Same issue. Tried all the steps suggested by Microsoft. Still having problems.
All workspaces are back online again since last night for me.
The issue is that my original fear for this feature became a reality.
It is created for "collaboration" and not syncing in the traditional sense to sync across devices.
need to find a better way to sync tab groups across devices instead of "sharing" them to myself.
So I opened my computers today, and every single workspace is now working. I have changed nothing.
I have now taken the time to invite my second account to every workspace so I don't have this problem again and can continue to work, as a backup solution in case.
I am just grateful that it is now working, I use workspaces too much
It's making Edge browser unusable, refreshing all pages constantly in a loop, making typing slow or almost impossible, and almost impossible to click on hyperlinks. It also forces Edge browser to the foreground of all Windows apps, obscuring dialog boxes such as ID Authentication or Teams meetings. This is happending on multiuple devices of different hardware brands. Is there anyway to roll back to a previous version of Edge?
