Static site is not working; all I changed was the index.html script

Question

I am running a static site through Microsoft Azure for a label making program, and I've been making changes to it for the past few weeks. Every change I have made so far has worked...up until today when I tried to add a component to the index.html script and now the static site is not giving me the dropdown options it usually does when creating a label. I did not change anything that I haven't before; I add components all of the time. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could have gone wrong?
