Because support for the Windows 7 is already ended, you won't find it from official resources.
It is not recommended to download it from other websites but if you do, it is on your own risk.

Every trusted source is closed. I was using HeiDoc tool but now it doesn't work and Rufusis also stopped. Unfortunately I didn't keep ISO copy of Windows
