Standalon Subordinate Server not shoeing in PKIView

I have an root CA and two subordinate CA, one an Enterprise the other standalone. The Two subordinate CA are both domain members. When I run PKIView I can only see the Root and Enterprise CAs. I know its possible to see the other CA as well, because I have another separate Domain where that is the case. I just cant remember how I set this up. Does anyone know how this is done?
