How to disable ability of company reset of private iphone with Intune

I have a private phone that the company is requiring Intune to not get emails. Statement is company "cannot see location" yet, if company decides phone is lost, then can find location and completely wipe the phone. any way to prevent company access to reset/wipe a private phone that has an Intune managed profile?
