Your Office 365 contacts will not be automatically synced or uploaded to Google.
- Office 365 contacts will appear under your O365 account in Outlook.
- Google contacts will appear under your Google account in Outlook.
If You Want Google to Have the Same Contacts
You’d need to manually export/import:
- Export from Office 365:
- Go to Outlook on the Web (people.microsoft.com) > People > Manage > Export contacts (to a .CSV file).
- Import into Google Contacts:
- Go to Google Contacts > Import > Upload the .CSV file.
