I`ve passed cert exam MS-102.

Why it is not visible in certifications tab on learn.microsoft.com?

Thanks for using the Q&A platform and congratulations on passing MS-102.

Most often, your certification profile (from Microsoft Certification Dashboard) is not linked to your Microsoft Learn account.

It is also possible that the information will not populate if you are using different Microsoft accounts.

Kindly verify the account linked to your profile using the steps below:
Go to Profile > Settings > Account Management

Sometimes it takes up to 24–48 hours after passing the exam for the new certification status to be updated on your profile.

Hi Obinna,

thank you for the answer.

However all you mentioned reasons seem to not appears in that case:

• I have linked my MCD to Microsoft Learn account
• MS-102 I`ve passed over month ago so it should be populated?

Beside in meantime I`ve passed SC-900 (on 14.04.2025) exam and this cert is VISIBLE.

Can you check it?
