Hyperscale Premium Database dropping connections constantly

We keep seeing system initiated events over the past week that are killing existing connections and preventing new ones. We have made no changes to our applications and can see its on the Azure side. What is going on with hyperscale premium in the central US data center? We need an engineer to take a look? It seems like a system update keeps trying to be pushed over and over and its failing.
