Hi! Today I got accepted to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.

When I redeemed the credits it created two subscriptions under the name Microsoft Azure Sponsorship. Is this an error?

    Hi Ricardo Mertens,

If you are encountering an issue with duplicated "Microsoft Azure Sponsorship" subscriptions, the best course of action is to contact Azure Support or the Subscription Management team. They are equipped to assist with problems such as funds being applied to the wrong subscription or managing duplicate sponsorship subscriptions.

We recommend submitting a support ticket that clearly outlines the duplication issue. Be sure to include all relevant details—such as subscription IDs, associated email addresses, and any supporting screenshots—to help the support team assess and resolve the issue effectively.

If your request involves consolidating or transferring sponsorship credits between subscriptions, please note that such actions fall under an "entitlement transfer" and must be handled by the support team. Be sure to mention this term in your ticket to help route your case appropriately.

Refer to the following doc, Azure Activation FAQs
