I have a not-for-profit M365 account and I’m trying to add the account to a new device. However, it keeps coming up with an error popup screen.

Which application do you try to use for your nonprofit account?
Do you have the issue when setup mailbox with Outlook for iOS/Android application?
Please provide more details about how you add your account to a new device, and the error screenshot.
Also, please notice to hide any personal or organization information when you post error or screenshot to protect personal data.
Here is the story so far...
I have bought a new laptop for our Not-for-Profit organisation. I bought it with Windows 11.
I already have a Not-for-Profit licence for M365 which I've been using on a previous laptop (a MacBook Air).
Whilst setting up the new laptop, one of the mandatory steps was to setup a Microsoft account. Therefore, I tried to register with my Not-for-Profit M365 account. However, this was rejected and the attached screenshot was the error popup received.
The only way I could setup the laptop was to use my personal (home & family) M365 account, which is currently the 'Administrator' account on the laptop.
However, I still can't add a 'School or Work' M365 account (my Not-for-Profit M365 account), and I still receive the same error code.
I contacted Microsoft Support and they told me it was because I had purchased a device with Win 11 Home. What I needed was Win 11 Pro.
OK, that made sense. So, I've now bought and downloaded Win 11 Pro to the device. Sadly, same result, the same error message as the screenshot attached.
Now getting frustrated with it all. I want to be at a point where my Not-for-Profit M365 is the only account on the device and I want to remove my Personal M365 account from the device.
I hope that all makes sense.

According to the error information, it seems that there could be some device enrollment or management configuration for your account.
Here is post with the same error code, please check your account settings from Intune:
ERROR CODE :80192EE7. Your account was not setup in device because - Microsoft Community

Thanks, that's the most progress I've made so far.
I've managed to add my Not-for-Profit account.
However, I now need to set my N-f-P account as the Win 11 Administrator and remove by personal account from the device. I've followed online suggestions, but none of them give me the option to change the Administrator roll from my personal to my N-f-P account.
