Issue with Azure Cognitive Search Access Keys Configuration

Dear Azure Support Team,

I am currently addressing a vulnerability issue related to Azure Cognitive Search Access Keys . I have attempted to switch the configuration to use roles only in Azure search service and enabled the identity mode for the app service, granting the necessary permissions for interaction. However, the service continues to malfunction.

The owner has informed me that this configuration/integration is automatically handled by AI Foundry and the result error is error 424. Given this situation, I need official confirmation that the remediation suggested cannot be implemented without causing the service to stop functioning.

Could you please provide guidance on this matter and confirm if there is an alternative solution that would allow the service to function correctly while addressing the vulnerability?
