Powershell command to get and change file cluster share permission

Dear Sir,

I would like to have a Powershell command with sample to get and change file cluster share permission in Windows Server 2019, anyone has suggestion?

For example: Cluster file server1 with share name "Share1" in "E:\Share1" folder.

How to get and change the share permission in powershell.
