When I try to fix a Sync Problem, I receive an error, but not sure how to fix it

I got some sync issues in Entra Connect Health, but when I try to do the resolution, I got an problem with the authentification, did try to add an admin and user in the AD Hybrid Health but still get an error.

Détails : The extension 'Microsoft_Azure_ADHybridHealth' does not have an oAuthClientId specified when requesting a token for audience '6ea8091b-151d-447a-9013-6845b83ba57b'. To resolve this error, the extension needs to create a first-party application and enlist it with the portal.

    This issue was solved similarly here as the issue was the user was not synced anymore.
