4vlpo keeps coming up while I’m trying to log into Outlook

Are you using Outlook web or Outlook desktop?
Are you able to login in other Microsoft products using the same account?

Outlook desktop and yes, I can log into other applications.
Try uninstall the Outlook and restart your PC and reinstall it and try login.
Thanks and when I try this, the New Outlook is the only option and it says I don't have authorization to install. I am the adminstrator and just settings and don't see anything I need to change. By the way, I had the same problem on my iPhone and it worked when I deleted the Outlook app and reinstalled.
