The Lenovo Go Wired speakerphone does not seem to be working with the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 7. Additionally, the RealTek HD Audio Manager is missing from the Windows 11 installation, preventing access to audio settings. What steps can be taken to resolve this issue?

    Open Device Manager.

    Expand "Sound, video and game controllers".

    Right-click Realtek Audio

    Click Uninstall device+ driver software

    Reboot

    Windows will automatically detect the hardware.

    Alternatively, download and install latest Realtek driver from the support site of the manufacturer.
