今朝、Micorsoft 365 Developer programに参加しようと登録したのですが、「Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription.」の表記がある状態から膠着状態です。登録は出来たと思うのですが、ここからどうすれば先に進めるのでしょうか？

I'm sorry simo-k. I registered this morning to join the Micorsoft 365 Developer program, but it is stalled with a “Thank you for joining. You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox I think I was able to register, but I'm stuck from here. I think I have registered, but how do I proceed from here?
