How to silently remove exe apps from Intune joined but Entra registerd users' devices via Intune?

The scenario is that my end-users devices (Win10) have been enrolled into intune, but only registered ( not joined) in Entra ID.

  1. Can I silent remove/uninstall exe apps from end-users' devices through Intune's Win32 app management or Powershell? Or are there any other good solutions?
  2. How about the Entra ID joined devices?
  3. Is it possible to convert an Entra ID registered device to an Entra ID joined state via intune？

    Yes against question 1 and 2 as long as the uninstall string is supported for the app. No against question 3 as there is no direct conversion path. The device will have to be removed against registered state and then re-enrolled as Entra ID joined.
