Hello,
We use Microsoft Azure Standard and receive monthly debits via the SEPA Direct Debit payment method. We recently changed the tenant administrator's email address. Since then, we have been receiving unauthorized debits from Microsoft on a Mastercard Gold card.
How can we cancel these debits permanently and receive reimbursement for debits already made?
Only the SEPA payment method is listed in the admin center. I don't find the other method anywhere.
