Check Your Azure Subscription Status
- Go to the Azure Portal and navigate to Billing → Subscriptions.
- If your subscription is disabled due to billing, you may need to reactivate it before making a payment.

Create a Support Request for Locked Invoices
- Sign in to the Azure Portal.
- Go to Help + Support → Create a Support Request.
- Select Billing as the issue type and describe that your invoice is locked.
- Provide details about your subscription and invoice.
Verify Payment Methods
- If your payment method is not visible, check if your account role allows billing actions.
- Ensure your payment method is correctly set up under Azure Cost Management.
Alternative Payment Options
- If you’re using Pay-as-you-go, you can settle outstanding charges directly in the Azure Portal.
- If paying by invoice (check/wire transfer), send payment to the location listed at the bottom of your invoice.
