    Hi @paramat singkon,
Below are Steps to Unlock and Pay Your Invoice

    Check Your Azure Subscription Status

    • Go to the Azure Portal and navigate to Billing → Subscriptions.
    • If your subscription is disabled due to billing, you may need to reactivate it before making a payment.

Refer this link for more details.

Create a Support Request for Locked Invoices

    • Sign in to the Azure Portal.
    • Go to Help + SupportCreate a Support Request.
    • Select Billing as the issue type and describe that your invoice is locked.
    • Provide details about your subscription and invoice.

    Verify Payment Methods

    • If your payment method is not visible, check if your account role allows billing actions.
    • Ensure your payment method is correctly set up under Azure Cost Management.

    Alternative Payment Options

    • If you’re using Pay-as-you-go, you can settle outstanding charges directly in the Azure Portal.
    • If paying by invoice (check/wire transfer), send payment to the location listed at the bottom of your invoice.
