According to my research, there are some ways to migrate your emails, contacts, and calendar events to Microsoft 365 without re-adding Gmail to Outlook
- Use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
- Go to Admin Center > Exchange > Migration > Migrate from Google Workspace.
- Follow the steps to sync emails, contacts, and calendars directly (requires Gmail account access). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/perform-g-suite-migration
- Sync Google Calendar/Contacts with Microsoft 365 Calendar Contacts
- Export Google Calendar as
.ics
from calendar.google.com. - Import into Outlook:
- Open Outlook > File > Import > Import an iCalendar (.ics) file.
- Export Google Contacts as
.vcf
from contacts.google.com. - Import into Outlook as described above.
- Export Google Calendar as
