I recently added our company domain to the Microsoft 365 account, so now our emails come to Microsoft 365 instead of Google. However, I failed to import emails, contacts and calendar events from Gmail prior to removing that account in Outlook. I am using Mac. Is there any way to do it besides adding the Gmail account to Outlook and using import/export in Outlook Legacy to view things in On My Computer folder?

    Hi TM,

According to my research, there are some ways to migrate your emails, contacts, and calendar events to Microsoft 365 without re-adding Gmail to Outlook

    1. Use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
    1. Sync Google Calendar/Contacts with Microsoft 365 Calendar Contacts
      1. Export Google Calendar as .ics from calendar.google.com.
      2. Import into Outlook:
        • Open Outlook > File > Import > Import an iCalendar (.ics) file.
      3. Export Google Contacts as .vcf from contacts.google.com.
      4. Import into Outlook as described above.
