Hello. I have two questions regarding Outlook

  1. If Online Archive is disabled; do emails in that mailbox transfer over to your main inbox?
  2. Is there a way to move all emails from an archive mailbox into my main inbox? Drag and dropping causes my Outlook to freeze. Also trying to right-click and selecting the "Move" option causes my Outlook to freeze as well.

Thank you for any help

Best,

Kareem

No, if you disable the Online Archive, any existing items therein will be lost. There is no automatic process to move them back to the main mailbox, but there are some solutions that can help with the process, for example: https://eightwone.com/2021/08/14/unarchiving-mailbox-items/
