Microsoft teams where certain users are shown as “Unknown user”.

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are experiencing an issue in Microsoft teams where certain users are shown as “Unknown user”.

This appears to happen randomly sometimes it resolves itself but in other cases it persist.

We have also tested this behavior in the team's web client using incognito mode and interestingly, even more users appear as “Unknown” there.

As far as we know the issue currently affects two users within the organization, but it is possible that more users are affected.
