Showing task sequence variables for a collection when populated

Is there any way to force a task variable defined on a collection that already contains a value to appear on the boot screen when starting the task sequence?

Normally, they show up after selecting the task sequence only if they are empty. However, if they already have a value defined, they are not displayed.

I understand why that logic exists, I am just curious if any control exists around this behavior.

Thanks.

No, there is no way to control this. The common solution is to use a "custom" front-end to solicit input from the end-user as required: https://home.memftw.com/osd-frontends-series/.
