Can you merge my 2 account created a Pearson VUE

Question

I had applied for AZ-900 certification but I couldn't see that in my account, so i contacted Pearson and they told me that there are 2 different account created by microsoft and you need to contact to microsoft to merge both of them . can you please merge both account so that i can see the previous certifications and applied ones as well.

Also, could you please tell me , why it has created 2 different accounts with same email Id?

There is one email I am using and pearson support team told me there are 2 accounts with same email and this can be handled by Microsoft. I had told him to merge but he said it can not be done by pearson. This is weird
