your new phone with not work for authentication until it has been added as a trusted device. if you do not have the old phone, you will need to do an account reset. you can have a azure admin reset your password. if you are the only ad admin, you will need to open a support ticket.

I have a problem signing in to my work admin account

I changed my phone and reinstalled autenticator app, but during login it keeps asking for a verification from the old deleted app. How can i fix this?
