Hi @Lena Rabsahl
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am very sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced. According to your issue, I think this could be the solutions for you to troubleshooting:
- Change Your Microsoft Account Password
Go to https://account.microsoft.com/security
Choose "Password security" and change your password and also sign out another device.
- Revoke Trusted Devices and App Passwords (By Admin Global) in Entra admin center:
You can request your Admin Global to
Remove any devices or apps you don’t recognize from your account’s “Devices” section.
Revoke all app passwords and generate new ones if needed
Reset Recovery Options
Update your recovery email and phone number to ensure only you can recover your account.
Be wary of MFA Fatigue Attacks
This is when attackers repeatedly send MFA requests hoping you will approve one by mistake. Never approve a request you didn’t initiate.
