Hello, Person VUE support said that in my name it is showing two accounts because of that I am unable to view/ reschedule/ open my AZ-900 exam in the certifications section. They have asked me to raise this request to merge my accounts.

Please merge my accounts.

Visit the Microsoft Certification Support Portal – Go to Microsoft Certification Support.

Submit a Support Request – Use the support request form to explain your issue. Include:

Your full name as it appears on both accounts.

The email addresses associated with both accounts.

Your Pearson VUE Candidate ID (if available).

A detailed explanation that Pearson VUE advised you to request an account merge.

Follow Up – You may receive an email requesting additional verification or confirmation before your accounts are merged.

Check Your Certification Dashboard – Once the merge is completed, verify that your certifications and exam details are correctly displayed.
