Hello,

This is just a follow-up regarding the following question: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2259655/enable-partition-key-delete-feature-for-cosmos-acc?utm_source=chatgpt.com

Someone on my team is seeking confirmation on whether this feature is currently supported through ARM templates. The community post appears to contain conflicting information — one part mentions that the feature can be configured using ARM or Bicep templates, while another part states it cannot.

Could you please clarify the current status?

    Hello @LeRoy, Kevin,

Thanks for the follow up question, as of now, the “Delete items by partition key” feature in Azure Cosmos DB is not supported through Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. This capability must be enabled manually using the Azure CLI.
