"Copy link" button generate wrong links after Sharepoint 2019 server update

Greetings!
I've installed KB4486751 on my farm, after that users quickly became upset about new "Copy link" button behavior. Yesterday it generated links with Document ID to docidredir.aspx page. Now it gives us standart looooong path-related urls whiсh are no usefull for storing in documents and other processes.
I'd be glad to remove an update but i cannot - it's Sharepoint.
I've tried recativate Document id feature but it did not help.
Yes, we can take DocId link from details panel, but users are used to Copy link.
How to restore previous behavior of Copy link button?

    Unless the link is incorrect and not functional, this is intended behavior.

    You could create an SPFx Command via SPFx Application Customizer to add a Copy Link w/ DocID if you wanted that functionality.

    There are no switches to modify the behavior of the OOTB button.
