Servers become unresponsive after installing KB5058383 (Users reporting, they are unable to establish RDP sessions
- Users are reporting that they are unable to establish RDP sessions to these servers.
- We use SCCM for patching, and all updates show as compliant when I check the deployment.
- Our monitoring tool has not reported any server downtime.
- The issue was only discovered when users attempted to connect to their servers.
- Only our Windows Server 2016 machines are affected.
Q: Has anyone else encountered this issue? We are planning to roll out our production patches and want to avoid any potential problems if there are issues with the updates ?
