Im trying to log into my account and I can’t because I’ve changed my phone and I don’t have access to my Authenticator

I just need someone to speak to about my problem and I’ve got everything the email password and recovery email and number

    Based on your inquiry, we understand that you have switched to a new device and cannot log in due to not having the Authenticator app on it. We will be glad to assist you in this part.    According to this issue, may I know if you know any other Global Administrators in your organization?  

    Please note that this team is always overwhelmed, so you might need to wait for them to call you, this should take 3-10 working days. I know that this is not a convenient solution to hear but it seems to be the only way, and it's recommended that you should have a secondary/backup Global Administrator to fix this issue on your own.
